The bid package for May is out and it's a doozie. NO reserve lines. Only TWO builtup lines.

That's right. No one is on reserve in May unless they are from RIC and they're brought in for reserve.

Min days off: 13. No one has less than 13 days off.

Expectation? Junior Assigned. But we'll see. Average of 91 hours blocked per line. Lowest is 85. It appears the summer rush is starting.
