Tornado Taco

Same guy owns the Tornado Burger. Fresh tortillas, meat and you can get breakfast and lunch at the same time.

Corner of 1092 and Cartwright in Missouri City.

There is no inside seating and no place I saw to wash up. More of a drive thru op, so bring hand sanitizer and watch the weather.

Great eating! Ten bucks for two huge 32 oz drinks and two big burritos.

Fishin' with my Buddy

Black T shirt? Bad choice. Sandals? Bad. Worst: no beer.

Well, we're looking forward to lunch at McDonald's.

End of an Er

Out with the old,

In with the new.As of Aug 31st, somewhere between Laredo and Houston, Texas, yours truly flew his 1728th hour as a pilot. Thus exceeding my Navigator time of 1727 hours as of June 2004.

Sadly, it was also part of the end of ExpressJet Airlines. Sure, we continue as an operator for Continental Airlines, and them only, but the dream is over for now. My mission that particular day was returning a freshly re-painted XR that used to be ExpressJet. It's now wearing CAL colors.

It's also distinctly possible that this flight was my last airline flight for a long while due to the reduction in flying taking place for the industry as a whole, and my impending furlough.

What's next? Stay tuned...more changes are afoot for Rob. The new job is coming.
