New Google Maps Mobile: Find your location (sort of) without a GPS
It works by figuring out which cell tower you're on, and showing an approximate location of where you are. Which in my case, is a 1700m circle, which is kind of large, but hey, it's free.

I'm using a Cingular 8525 with Windows Mobile 5 on the AT&T network. I was on the EDGE network. I wonder if being on 3G makes a difference?
