Weird meter: what the heck is poutine? Looks like a bowl of ries with some sort of red sauce and white daubs on it.

"Poutine is a dish consisting of French fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with brown gravy and sometimes additional ingredients. [1] The freshness of the curds is important as it makes them soft in the warm fries, without completely melting. So, it's some sort of laxative then? Yikes.
